BOOKING POLICY

Reservation Guidelines:

1. Advance Bookings: We encourage guests to book in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
2. Group Size: Reservations can be made for up to 8 guests. For larger parties or private dining enquiries, please contact us directly at 01299 333555.
3. Deposit Requirement: For reservations of 8 or more, a deposit of £15.00 per guest will be required to secure the booking and is NON refundable for no shows.
4. Table Holding Time: We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes after the reservation time. If you are running late, please inform us, or your table may be released.
5. Cancellation Policy: Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or modify your reservation. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of £15.00 p/person.
6. Dining Time: Please note that we operate with different dining hours for different events, please be aware of what you have booked and when.
7. Special Requests: If you have any dietary requirements, special occasions, or seating preferences, please mention them when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Additional Information:

• Children: We welcome families and have a children’s menu available. Please include the number of children in your party when booking.
• Pets: We are a pet-friendly establishment. Well-behaved pets are welcome in outdoor dining areas. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet.
• Accessibility: If you or any member of your party has accessibility needs, please inform us in advance.
